Cycling Tour/Bike Rental in Dublin?

Hi there. I've got some friends travelling to Dublin tomorrow and they were asking me about hiring bikes. Would there be any crowd in the city centre which anyone here would recommend for bike hire or for cycling tours? Thanks.

There is Dublinbybike Tours, their web pages suggest that they organise tours of Dublin and South East Coast. I've seen them around town, their standatd bike is a hybrid type. They may be prepared to do bike rental at this time as I guess that the tour business is dropping off for the Winter.
