Mystery ...no diagnoses

For about a year I have been experiencing an attack of sorts everytime I eat. My pulse jumps from a normal 75-80 up to as high as 140 bpm and my blood pressure drops considerably. I become extremely tired and have a strange headache, my brain function lowers and there is also some stomach discomfort. But the attack can last up to an hour before the racing heart and palpitations subside. I have changed my diet radically to see if certain types of foods cause teh symptoms but it doesn't matter what I eat....it occurs everytime. I have been to various Doctors but all they say is "your a mystery". I already suffer with fibromyalgia and CFS. My quality of life is dropping drastically.... can anyone help me???!!??? I have no insurance and am falling thru the cracks of healthcare policies. I don't know if I have POTS or some other kind of heart condition.
