i mean bootcamp fitness classes!
bootcamp ireland is a company who run them throughout ireland.
they started in limerick this week. annacotty, st muchins i think.
was just wondering were any posters on here doing them, like moi.

yeah I did them earlier in the year but unfortunately had to have surgery and stop but am getting the all clear to go again the 1st of November so woo hoo great craic!
