Led's for kitchen and led's for bathroom

Hi i'm in the middle of building at the moment and thinking of putting in led's, checking up on them in ebay and they seem to range greatly in price and spec. So can i ask for ideas or links as to where i can buy them and which ones to get e.g GU10's, 1w or 3w, 3led's or 48, bright light or warm light for each room??
