Gas boiler servicing

Hi, I am looking to get a gas boiler serviced. To my knowledge there is nothing wrong with it but with the news from Northern Ireland recently you can never be too careful!

The boiler was new in 2005 so I am probably late in getting it looked at!

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what might need doing as part of a service, how much I should hope to pay and what qualifications should I look for by the person carrying it out.

    Thanks in advance.

Or better still a reliable plumber who is RGII registered on here might PM you and discuss servicing.

I cannot allow the servicing issue be openly discussed as its illegal and will void your house insurence should you....Not that you will attempt it. :)
