    Ok I'm a 2o year old guy and have a general question for the lads out there. When your in a nightclub or bar, how best do you like to be approached by guys who just want a bit of fun for a night with no long term relationships? An 'the approach' vary depending on whether your looking for a one night stand and long term relationship?

    I am a 20 year old female.

    I would rather not be approached for one night stands - I have no urge to have relations with random strangers.

    However, if this is what you are looking for, may I suggest that you make this clear from the beginning. I know men and women who have been very hurt because they were unaware that they were just a one night stand.

    OP, is this directed at girls, your title says girls, but post say's lads. Anyway in relation to your question. I don't think theres a way to tell. However, in most cases, people who are looking for relationships probably aren't hanging around in bars on the pull, most likely it is one night stands or simply kiss and run, type of night.

    I think most girls who want a relationship would hope if a guy liked the look of them in a bar, club and such, that they would chat for a bit, kiss if it happens, take number and meet up again another day for cinema, coffee or something. Im sure in some cases, hook ups have been successful, but I can't see it working with complete randomers to be honest.

    therefore, Id say any approach you make in a bar, club scene will be no strings attached anyway.

    20 yo guy wants to know how to approach lads for a bit of fun. Stay away from me anyway.
    The keep trying effort will work at some stage anyway.
