    Perhaps on the face of it, it is but I believe in most other countries the amount of the fine follows how many mph/kph over the speed limit you are. I am assuming USA must follow this practice. Even in Switzerland your net worth is taken into account when determining the fine:eek:

    I wonder how many weeks pension that will be for Ms Brandon:)
