Running wh a cold ?

    Hi everyone, I am running D.C.M in a few weeks It will be my 3rd marathon,I did connemaratho in 2009 and the longford marathon earlier his year. I have just caught a cold and will prob miss out on a long run this weekend . Will this effect my performance ? any advice

    you dont really have much choice Im afraid

    if you do the long run with a cold your running a serious risk of it dropping to your chest

    I've read of people actually dying from running with a cold.
