the house is in josephine avenue in Dublin 7 just 1 min walking to Dorse str is realy neer to trinity collage like 20 min walking or 5 min in bike...

This is a Realy nice single room...

is €375 p/month with all bills included except the internet that is like 10p/m and you need to pay 1 month deposit... thats it... the room is available from now ( my last day is 25th oct but if you want it now there is no problem i can move at any time)

its too far out
im living in thomas street at the moment, but i dont like the place that much
i will only move if its as central as where i am now

anybody who is looking for a room, there is a spare one in my apartment
double bed in your own room, 300 a month!

my reason for seeing about new places is that there is no living room!
