Putting in a good word for this crowd.

I've bought a few motors in the UK and at this stage hate the A55 (ass road) and getting home at 2am.

NVD brought a car over from the uk for me and stored it indoors at Baldonnell until I collected it today all for only 299 plus tax.

I think thats a pretty good service at that price considering ferry costs and general disruption.

Recommended. They require that the car can be driven onto a transporter however so no scrappers/crashed etc.

its a good idea to use a transporter. i used nvd once but not again. they missed the first shipment date. i had to chase them to get any information and not one word of apology for their own mistakes. i would use a transporter again but not those people.

heres a suggestion www.shiply.com, enter the relevent information and you receive bids from different companies and like ebay they have ratings from passed customers.

Thats incredibly cheap, I paid €150 in petrol, €60 on a flight, €150 on ferry and €50 on food/drink etc to get mine home from UK, thanks for the tip.

Sorry to drag this up but I feel compelled to restate my position.

They damaged my Bora and don't want to know about it.

    Avoid !

Its insured on their vehicle only isnt it? Are they saying it was damaged before or after?

    They're saying: -

    "
I have spoken with the driver who delivered this vehicle to your brother and no damage was reported when he signed for the car.

I have also spoken to our compound manager in Rosslare who advised nothing was reported when it arrived there.

Our company policy for any damages have to be reported within 24 hours from delivery.
    "
Which I read as f**k off.
