    Its just UNREAL!!!! Simple as:)

Seriously though its just a great feeling. There's nothing like taking off on a long run in woods. You can switch off from everything else in the world for an hour or whatever. Its just such a buzz at times.

Injured at the moment so havent ran properly in a while so Im really missing it.

There's times your going to hate it like everything but then there's times when your on a glorious run and it really hits ya that its all worthwhile.

thats mad - im just home from a run and was thinking exactly the same thing!! I'm lucky enough to live near the Mournes, had a beautiful run this evening through forest up and down mountainside, fresh air feels so good in the lungs. Wasnt a nice evening but rain was lovely by the end of a long strenuous run. Made couple of big decisions during the run as well, always clears the mind.

Such a nice feeling standing under a hot shower after a long run in the elements on a cold evening... what a buzz! Thank god for running and the health to do it
