Teaching my child piano...guidance

My daughter has been begging me to teach her piano.
    She's 7 and a complete beginner.

We've started off with Jibbidy-F and A-C-E primarily as it's the book I started with all those years ago. Also, I looked at other books in Waltons though Chester's Easiest Piano Course seems very friendly (lots of colour pics etc) I find that the former presents tunes earlier on so seems more interesting.

We're also doing Fletcher Theory papers.

My question is - is there anywhere I can find a lesson plan for beginners - approximately what should we be covering in a lesson. When should she begin scales etc?

    Any help much appreciated.
