    so yeah thought this was a pretty good movie, and

    but just regarding the ending, do we ever find out what happens to them?
    ive seen the bit where theyre on the little pier and the zombies come out of the forest/jungle
    but do they all die? or do we find out

    No there is no true ending to the survivors. We know the man on the pier was bit and will transform soon.

    which guy? the one that killed himself at the end of the movie? or the pier we see as snapshots during the credits

    even if they managed to
    get back on the boat they dont have any food left so they are screwed either way - they just about made it to the island - doubt they would have the strength to fight off a hoard

    I'd say it'd be do-able if they had any cop on at all they wouldnt have just bailed off the boat without some proper surveilance. stupid dog, stupid dog owner.
