I've gone blonde to brunette twice now and both times after about a fortnight I wanted to go back! It takes ages to go back to blonde and it does damage your hair so you've to be extra careful. I would say though you won't know until you try it so do think about it. Remember that you might have to change your makeup depending on your skintone and some colours won't suit as well clothes wise.

I much prefer my brown hair so no, not everybody does regret it but I may be on my own :)
Don't do it with the intention that you'll go back to blonde, you probably will end up not liking it then.

I'd second that about your makeup, even your foundation, you may find you need a pinky tone rather then a yellow toned one or visa versa, you'll prob almost definitely need a new eyebrow pencil. I've changed my hair colour a lot, be careful about going darker, it's hard to go back, but I think it's so much fun!!

I went from platinum blonde to brunette (my natural colour anyway) and I don't regret it at all. my hair feels so much nicer and i think it's a little classier than white long hair
I've had my fun being blonde, now being a brunette rocks :D

I went from Platinum Blonde to Chocolate Brown and I love the change. My hair looks much better, theres a nice shine of it and above all my hair is in much better condition!

I went from blonde to brunette and I regretted it big time. I have an awful habit of seeing someone look good in a certain colour/hair colour/make up etc and thinking I want a piece of that and it just looks awful on me :o My make up looked awful with dark hair..even my skin looked bad  Blonde obviously just suits me a lot better. Everyone else agreed too, brunette was not for me and it took ages to get my lovely golden hair back. Never again!

I'd love to see what my hair is like brown. It's been blonde all my life. But it would probably look silly due to my blonde eyebrows (which I guess I could just dye..). Still though, nahh. Would have to strip my hair to go back to it's natural colour. Bleugh.
