If you install 5 of these in your house you will need to activate 5 keyfobs to arm them.

So how much would it be for a half decent one? Could you get one for about 50 or 60 euro?

Like Altor says , you get what you pay for, in this case thats very little.
Are you trying to create an alarm out of these?
    • Keypad controlled alarm - sounds when movement detected in room.
    • Wall mounted.
    • Entry and Exit delays.
    • Choice of 2 settings - Chime or Alarm
    • 3 x 1.5v AA batteries (not supplied)
    • 1 x 3v CR2032 Lithium Battery (Supplied)
    • Includes convenient remote control.
    • Size H11.5, W6.4, D3.4cm.
I dont see any specs on the keypad they mention.
I also don't see anything on the siren that activates. If its in that PiR Id say it could be disabled in -30 seconds.
