Mysterious perennial - can anyone identify?

Hi, I have this mysterious plant that grows in a tub in the garden. It seems to be a perennial as it sends up 2/3 stems each year then dies away in the winter (4 years now). But i've never seen a flower on it but despite this it seems to be spreading as i'm discovering them in different areas of the garden. The pic shows…

Hi,
I have this mysterious plant that grows in a tub in the garden.

The pic shows it at the end of its life, altho when its a new shoot the leaf comes up as a single & only splits as it grows.
Any information would be apreciated.

I think it might be an arisaema, possibly draconitum. Any pictures I have been able to find have been more interested in the rather strange flower, but that's my suggestion.

On further searching i've found out that it's a Voodoo Lily, very unusual.
