ripple (ripplecom) download limits ?

I was thinking of trying ripple (www.ripplecom.net) and can't get any idea of what the download limits are, speed is the ususal up to 3Mbps and upload of 1Mbps and I can see that there is a Fair Usage Policy. The terms and conditions don't mention what the Fair Usage Policy is and of course the sales literature says…

So anyone got any recent real world experience of what those limits are?
