Hi, my situation is a bit comlicated and I can not find answer on my question anywhere on the web. I wonder if somebody else is in a similar situation and maybe can help me. I am a bulgarian and I have been in Ireland for 8 years. I do not currently need a work permit to work here. My bulgarian fiance came to live with me here nearly 2 years ago. I know that from 1st January 2010 a bulgarian spouse/ dependant of a bulgarian worker does not need a work permit any more. I wonder does this rull also apply for fiance? Your help is much appreciated.
