    Hey guys,
Just wondering if any of you have ever bought a wireless card from dell? I want to get the intel 6300 but ebay only has engineering samples which cant be used with Linux so I noticed Dell sell it and so must be genuine. Would this work in a machine other than Dell? I know there are some Lenovo ones knocking about which only work in Lenovo laptops....I want to use this in an acer...

As long as it's the Intel one - yeah should be ok.
I got mine off ebay and works great in my Acer.

Yeah but are you using it in windows only? The engineering samples work in windows but not linux....
