Dealing with my jealousy and insecurities

I (28) have been dating a girl (24) for a while now and I love her very much and she feels the same way. I genuinely want our futures to include each other. When things are good between us, things are fantasic but one thing that keeps causing problems is my jealousy.

For example, she has a group of 6 male friends and she's dated one, slept with one and kissed another. On the bank holiday weekend, she's going on a 2-3 day drinking session with them. She's not staying away and will be staying with me every night but I feel very unincluded. She says that she just wants it to be them catching up and that she doesn't want to be the one bringing a partner which I understand and am fine with. I've tried to explain to her that I trust her in those situations but it's them that I don't trust. I don't know them well enough to trust that their reasons for wanting to hang out with her are genuine.

Anyway, this is just an example of my jealousy. I am driving her away with petty arguments that result from my insecurity. How can I think positive thoughts? How can I overcome the need to be constantly reassured that she loves me? I want more than anythig to change for her but the second that something comes up, I mention it immediately and she goes on the defensive. I feel like a part of her no longer feels we can work. What can I do?

You kind of have to suck it up and leave it, OP, jealously is what destroys relationships to be honest and true you don't know what's going on, but you';ll have to trust her.

Is she the only girl going? I can't imagine she is. There would be other girls I assume.
