Below is a review that was found too late. My Daughter has just been refused a refund from this company. I am wondering if the company is a scam.

    To answer my own question...

STAY AWAY FROM PARISCIEL!!!! Have come across numerous bad reviews in French, stories of incorrect sizing, delivery of dresses crammed into envelopes so they look like crumpled rags, no care labels, different materials being used...and then nightmare stories about non-existent customer service and costly attempts to return goods to non-existent addresses in China.

Must say I'm very grateful for google translate right now - seems like I've had a narrow escape. Phew! Pity because the dresses look like they could be fab. Oh well - knew they had to be too good to be true.

Moved to Online Buying & Auctions

First question: Why did she look for a refund? Did she have a genuine reason for doing so?

Secondly - they don't give a physical address or telephone number in the Contact Us section. That's usually not a good sign.

Although I did find their contact details in the About Us section
    Adresse:
    Immeuble Louis Vuitton, 5ème étage
    101, Avenue des Champs Elysées
    75008 Paris
    FRANCE

    Téléphone: 09 77 19 68 68

Looking at whois.com, this is the results for the website registration - not very helpful.
    Domain Name: PARISCIEL.COM
    Registrar: ONLINENIC, INC.
    Whois Server: whois.onlinenic.com

    Thanks for your reply.

The dress was not anything like the photo/ description online. It was very poor quality probably worth about €10.. ( she actually found an invoice for about that amount in with the dress by mistake )

European Consumer Centre can probably advise how to proceed. The NCA can also help.

Their T&Cs seem to indicate that the product can be returned within 7 days of receipt, as they are required to by law. Was it within 7 days that you tried to return it?

The lack of information in the Whois query is not encouraging. In fact, it's the law that businesses give complete information on that. Any business that doesn't, shouldn't be trusted.

Yes The dress was returned within 7 days.

A full refund within 72 hrs has now been promised thanks to threats of bad publicity.....

    Watch ths space.........
