best way to get from kuala lumpur to ko phangan

    hi guys,
    need a bit of help im looking to travel to ko phangan from kuala lumpur what is the best way to go i presume bus and ferry ? any help be great cheers.

    You could fly to Suarat Thani (maybe through Bangkok) and then get a boat. Or else get a train up from KL and then get a boat.

    i was able to get cheap flights to hat yai i beleive thats half way how easy is the rest of the trip to ko phangan ?
