XBOX 360 Wireless Racing Wheel Question

    Hi just got one of these and it says I need to install the software disc, however I only got a demo disc with it and when I put that in I thought that maybe it had the software built into it, however I didn't get the message that the book said I would get to confirm installation. I went into race and it's working ok it seems. Does this disc serve any other purpose because it seems I didn't need it. Thanks.

    No, there's no need for a disc. The wheel connects just like a wireless gamepad or 'guitar hero' peripheral.

    When the wheel came out the xbox needed a software update to be able to work with it.
    Most people probably downloaded it over Live but they sent it on the disk as well for people not connected to Live I guess.

    Where can i get one of these? There seems to be none anywhere in Cork or online!!

    Got Madcatz wheel as a present.....brought it back to Game got the money back....
