I know paypal dont accept laser, but ive heard moneybookers do, and also have used moneybookers to pay for megavideo..

What about purchasing things on eBay in the UK? is there a way to use moneybookers to purchase from people/stores that don't accept laser?

Yep you can link your moneybookers account into your ebay account and use it to pay for goods, or you can get their prepaid mastercard and use that through paypal.

Great value, 10e per year, top it up with laser for free with no transaction fees.

    Here's a link:http://www.moneybookers.com/ads/mastercard/

    Hope this helps...

Only if the seller has Moneybookers listed as a payment option.

Practically no one on eBay accepts credit card directly. You could link it to Paypal. To pay directly using your Moneybookers account, the seller will have to have set up the Moneybookers payment option. I've never seen this from any seller.

Yeah I understand, but you could use the card through PayPal though, which makes it worthwhile.. Any idea how long the card takes to arrive anyone ?

has anyone successfully linked their card to paypal to purchase items online yet?i would like to know because if it works fine i will get a moneybookers card instead of using 3v all the time, the one thing which made me think it mightnt work is the 4 digit code paypal do request when registering a card, where can you find that?it does be under manage your cards on the 3v site when using 3v.

Have been using the moneybookers mastercard for 4 months now. It's absolutely perfect, no problems with it so far and their customer service is very helpful. As for the PayPal verification code, it will appear on the "History" page on your account. All your credit card transactions, money uploads etc. will be shown there. It will take a few days to appear after the charge has been made, maybe 3 - 4 days. Here's a screenie of my account showing the PayPal charge with the 4 digit code http://img163.imageshack.us/i/36089705.jpg/

@Dannyboi3k Mine took roughly a week and a half to arrive

I tried ;linking my moneybookers master card with paypal, received the code, but then when i go back onto paypal, there's now no option for me to confirm the card. Have emailed paypal twice now and now even had a response.
