But it's portable - surely worth paying that little bit extra for?

How did you end up with that Shipping price. I went through Paypal, added a new address with IRE 123 as the postcode and got free shipping. If it goes astray, I lose only €3:D

Outstanding. Any chance of a user review - especially on the portability feature?

    Imagine it's like 1metre wide.
    The biggest watch ever.
    This is frigg'n class.
I might buy one just to see it.
Love that scissors, like seriously do you aim it at something 1 metre away?
10 metres, how accurate is it?

That's why they're fast; you need to take a run at the paper from 3 yards back.

It has a Nike logo yet there is no mention of it being a Nike product  Also in the description it says "Precise movement"
Portability is definitely a plus though :D

Hey admin, my BA thread seems to be stuck in 1972. How do I change the default period back to the present.

While I'm here, I might order one of these floor mounted ones someone recommended product-dose-big-time-watch-table-1.jpg

    Hey lads I need help!!!
I ordered this watch yesterday using a guest account with payment to them using paypal.
I received an e mail from paypal confirming the payment but I haven't received an e mail from focalprice.
So I emailed focal price about this situation and now they are saying they never received such an order despite the fact that I used the same email for my guest account and that I received confirmation from paypal.
Any ideas what should I do next??? Thanks!

I think I'll go out a limb here and suggest that it isn't official merchandise! Ha, check out the alignment of that swoosh :D.

I presume it's the same brand as the headphones underneath it, Shike. The perfect blend of it's attempted brand rip off, and of the quality of it.

They just need to replace the K with a T for perfect branding!

No sign yet. I usually find they arrive just as I have completely forgotten about ever having bought them :D Always a nice surprise that way :)

I recieved my watch yesterday. And yes i can cinfirm that it is indeed portable.

It has 4 buttons, 2 to each side, one with alternatively display the time, date and seconds, another will allow you to change the date etc, and the other 2, well they appear to cause all eight segements of the dispays to light, you get 3 figue eights on the display

The strap is made of plastic and my son who got it loves it, its different and it has a logo that resembles the nike one, it is stamped NIKE on the rear of the watch.

overall im happy with my purchase, glad i didnt pay shipping

Can you confirm that it is actually portable? I didn't see any carrying pouch in the description or photos.

Pics please! I'm still not convinced by the pics on website, surely they are shopped, I can't imagine it being that portable?

Thanks for an excellent review ....except for the portable bit. I mean you could be helping your son move it about? He could be a weight lifter or a forklift operator or using a tractor. How far can you get from mains power? It'd really help to know what portable means in practice before anyone else rushes headlong into a risky investment
