I bought a US Strat body and Mighty Mite licensed Fender neck a couple of weeks ago from adverts....
    Here's what I've done with them! :)

Sniff, its nice to see my babies moving on!

Looks great by the way! Are the pups nice?

you finding the neck nice to play?

    The pups are demon man.....
The playability is hard to gauge right now as I have barotone strings on it as I'm tuned B to B on it (I'm doing a Type O Negative set with it at the end of the month in Crawdaddy!)
So as soon as I can take the mega strings off - I'll slap on some nice 10's and see how she goes!
    All good so far though!

the bridge set-up is a little unconventional :p

    Hey Punch...
Yeah...it was the closest I could get the bridge without filing down the pickguard and making the bridge too close to the bridge pickup! :)
It's not ideal...but it still sounds awesome...I was afraid the tone would be too bass heavy - but it sounds great I have to say!

    Shizz - I paid about 320 in total for everything - and it's a one of a kind - I'm into that! :)

Where did you get the scratchplate done? I have parts here to do somthing like that(albeit with a green body and black scratchplate) but I have been too busy to get around to it.

Really makes me want to get up off me behind and do it now.
