Getting contacts from Outlook to Windows Live Mail?

Hey folks,
I'm in the process of moving everything onto my new laptop. I was using Outlook on the old one but am now using Windows Live Mail on the new one. My question is this: how do I get all my contacts & calendar entries from Outlook over onto the new laptop and into WLM?

Thanks for that - it wasn't quite what I was looking for but I did find this helpful in case anyone else has the same problem:

The only issue is that when I saved the original Outlook contacts as a CSV, I realised after I had imported them to WLM that loads of the details were missing. All the contacts seem to be there but random bits of data are missing such as some mobile numbers, addresses, etc......:(
