I will be travelling from Derry to Belfast in early Dec and having an overnight stay. How much should i expect to pay for a return ticket. I have checked the NI rail website but cant make head nor tail of the pricing system.
    Thanks

    £10.50 for a single
    £16.00 for a day return

It doesn't give a price for next day return but worst comes to worst, just get 2 singles.

Are you aware theres a bus from Derry to Belfast also, takes about an hour and 40 minutes, goes every hour, not sure how much it is, but it's less than £20.

    Cheers.
I was hoping to take the train on maybe one of the journeys as i heard the scenery is very nice.
May just get train up and the bus down.

Great journey, over 2 hours without catering.
Still the Coleraine/Derry section is scenic.
