    Hi all,

I'm looking for somebody to repair a damaged strap on a Citizen watch in Waterford. Does anybody know of a shop that will do this?

    Thanks

    Hi sbEdge,

I'm not sure what can be done for a damaged strap - it's leather I presume? It may need replacing.

The list of Citizen retailers in Waterford can be found here:

You can also send it straight to the Citizen service centre in Shannon, address below. I'd recommend calling them first to talk through the issue and any potential costs before you decide on sending it in. Damage through wear & tear, including damage to the strap, is not covered by your warranty.
