I have a smart charger with a dial that can set the mAh (either 1000 or 2000),

If i have a battery higher than 2000mah will it only charge 2000mah and not the rest??

    Hop thats clear :o

No it'll charge any size battery, that dial is just to set the output of the charger. The higher setting will charge batteries faster. But make sure you use the right setting for each of your batteries. As if you set the output too high you'll fry the battery and theres also the possiblity that it may go on fire.

As a rule i would always charge on the lowest setting, i find on all batteries (not just airsoft ones) the lower the MaH on the charger, the better the battery will hold its charge.

im pretty sure that youd be fine with the 2000Mah setting if its a battery with over 2000Mah. :) not completely certain tho.

Also we probably have same charger, did u get the kalashnikov one that auto detects the voltage? i always use 1000Mah, because like i said, i find it holds a better charge.

    hope i helped :)
