    hey all, just moved to Galway was wondering there was any art classes that could be recommended... also interested in printing, have checked out Lorg printers but they have nothing suitable in their autumn schedule....

    Lorg is the only printing facility in the west as far as I'm aware. If you contact them and express interest in such a class they'll let you know if there's anything coming up. There's art classes in the evening in gmit/gti but as no printing there.

    Thanks for the reply... I had looked at both, unfortunately missed out on GMIT, was late... Lorg, had only one beginner print course on during the day, I work so not suitable, all there others were intermediate level or above and I am a complete novice... thought there might some less formal art group in the area, that might offer guidance... but more formal tuition is what I'm after...maybe after christmas...

    GTI is on in the evenings and the new term there starts after christmas.
