looking at a car in airport cars.ie. has anyone dealt with these and are they good when it comes to warranties etc. if i insisted that they get the timing belt done before i bought a car from them and they said yeah no prob.would you ask for confirmation of this in writing or just take their word .

I would always look for confirmation in writing for a job like this whether buying from any dealer. When it comes to resale having it just wrote on the engine with Tippex isn't going to give the buyer much confidence.
