Dabs.ie Customer Service

    I've bought off Dabs.ie a number of times in the past (admittedly some time ago) and never had any issues. When I placed an order last week (Friday), the item was marked as having 3 in stock (I ordered 2 of them). On completion of the order, the status went to "awaiting stock". Fair enough, they could have sold them while I was checking out. But the status of expecting stock in 1-2 days has been there since. I've tried to contact them three times now to no avail (only email available).

    Has anyone else had any similar experiences regarding customer service with Dabs.ie? I seem to remember they had a live chat service before but that doesn't seem to be available anymore. If the norm is to take 4+ days to reply to customers' emails, surely it's time they introduced a phone service. At this stage I feel I've no option but to cancel the order. All I'm looking for is a response from them!
