bought it last week and havent stopped listening to it since. This is the best irish album in a long long time.

went to the gig in the acadamey there last friday and they played for 2 and a half hours!

never paid much attention to them, but saw them on the late late a while back and that song really rocked. made me wanna listen to them more.

kinda reminded me of lcd soundsystem.

Never really liked them, listened to this album and nothing has changed really. A grossly over produced album with very little substance to be honest. There's been plenty of better Irish albums this year nevermind in a long time.

What was the general consensus on this album? Only briefly listened to it but thought it sounded considerably weaker than they're last 2 albums. I Love The Police sounds likes a kids song

It's a very solid album with no filler, I think it works better as a whole than the previous albums, and for this reason I've struggled to find any tracks that really stand out from the others (apart from maybe the opening one "The Lamp").

I was surprised at the choices of singles but maybe they're not bothered about having any more radio hits; the singles they did go with suggest the next album might be a bit of a departure.

Lyrically, it's definitely Pyro's "cleanest"; very safe compared to the albums that went before.

I'd normally put a lot of stock in All Music reviews but that writer doesn't do himself any good saying it's over 70 minutes long when its actual running time is 54 minutes.

After a bit of further listening I would have to mark this down as another one of the better tracks
