not exceptionally difficult. A fair bit of water, nearly all of it to the right off the tee. So don't bring your slice with you! ;)

Not hugely difficult but quite long and tight in places, lots of water in play from the 12th to 18th, as the previous poster said it is all on the right. Greens are pretty good but all in all it's a flat straight forward course. I'm a member there and I don't think too much of it to be honest

Holes 1-5 are very up and down, 1 being a par 5 and the rest being par 4s. 1,3 and 5 nearly always play into the wind. Nothing special just 5 solid holes.
6 is a long par 3 that you will be hitting anywhere from a 5 iron to 5 wood at. There is a bunker at the front that you must carry but there is more room after it that it looks. The green is about 30 yards long. Tough enough hole.
7 is a beautiful par 4 only an iron needed off the tee, stay right of the fairway bunkers and you'll leave yourself a 8iron/wedge shot to an elevated green, left or right of the green are steep bunkers that must be avoided.
8 is a picturesque par 3 over water that plays anything from sandwedge when the pin is on the left and no wind to a 6 iron when the pin is on the right and into the wind.
9 and 10 are straight forward par 5s, left off the tee is ob on both and once ya get a good drive away on either you should be thinking par at worst.
11 and 12 can be tough par 4s into the wind especially 12 as there is water all up the right side. 12 is a gorgeous hole.
13 is the easiest par 4 on the course, iron off the tee, keep left off the water on the right and you leave yourself only a wedge to a generous green.
14 is a lovely little par 3 between 2trees. Ranges from an 8 iron to 5 iron, 3 tier green, if its at the back don't leave it on the front tier and vice versa.
15 is the index 1 and is similar to 12, long par 4 with water waiting for you on the right of each shot.
16 is a short par 5 with once again water all down the right, A nice drive with a bit of left to right on it should leave you a make able 2nd shot. just stick to the left all the way down for the easiest of pars.
17 is a beaut. I always take a 5 iron from the tee and leave it short of the lake in the distance and leave myself a mid iron in, Players who take would off the tee usually find themselves in the water on the right or ob on the left.
18 is the postcard hole, a 3/4 island par 3. Nothing more than a 8 or 9 iron off the forward tees to a generous green.

Great course imo, always liked it. The greens are usually to a high standard(especially in the summer) Just cross your fingers and hope they are not forked.
