any bb available for six month contract only

I need to order bb for a tenant in a rented house and as they are not sure if they will be staying past feb/march it would be better to get a shorter contract. I'm unaware of anyone that do this but may be wrong. Any suggestions? They won't use midband. thanks

I don't think there are any that do 6 month contracts any more.
