I booked flights to Italy and back this month but I've had to cancel my trip. Can I sell these flights or get any sort of refund?

No and No. Only way you could sell them would be to pay about €150 for a name change on the flights.

If the circumstances allow then you could maybe get a refund through your travel insurance?

If you dont have that option then kiss goodbye to your money.
