    Hi Jay,
    I'm 43 and got my first bass when I was 12. Played with everyone and anyone (but no one of note) from the mid 80's until early 90's at which stage I married and concentrated on day job but have kept the hand in playing the odd gig here and there. Use a US Fender Jazz (non vintage)through a Fender Bassman TV Fifteen. Based in Lusk, north county Dublin. Looking to slot into an existing setup but can't devote too much time. Should be available two nights per week for jams, rehearsals, gigs..

    Would you be interested in what we are doing? We are in North County Dublin also, similar age as yourself, the most we would need from you is one evening a week to rehearse and one night of the w/e to gig...see the add we have;

    I'd be interested in meeting up. Where and when are the auditions. Your post mentions back vox - I can't sing for peanuts! I may have a rehearsal on Saturday but will try and arrange it around the auditions.
