I have 3 using the e122 modem. Its great only the hsdpa keeps dropping back to 3g and dropping the connection. E.g downloading a movie its perfect. When I am posting here for example I hit the reply button and the next thing I see is i.e cannot display the webpage. I have rang India but its a waste of time. Has anyone any similar problem with an easy fix..

easy fix is playing a low stream radio station, get a replacement sim in a store, it should be moving between 3G and 3G+ without dropping.
If the sim won't fix the problem try getting the modem repaired.
Keep up the pressure on support, it's a pretty specific problem.
    Are the speeds ok?

Funny you should say the modem. I had the e1750 first and it was brutal for dropping and then I got this one. It was perfect for 2-3 months and latley its the same as before. Its really disappointing because the speed is 4-5mbs and ping 50-60ms. I will try and ring again but they are such a pain.

Mine use to do that as well on two different modems and two different sims, keeping a radio station open was the only thing that worked but in some cases even that wasn't good enough. It went away after a while, came back a few times to, complained about it but never saw any change until it went away by its self.
Find your mast ID on this link then call Three and tell them all the info and give them the mast details, they might have had other complaints.
