I bought 2 packs of 4 and tested each one with a volt meter and all 8 batteries show exactly 1.3volts.

Got 8 of them when I bought a charger from Lidl over 5 years ago. All are still perfect after many, many charges.

Not sure about chargers this time, but I did see some in Aldi yesterday but didnt notice what price.
