Student Loans for Different Banks

    I'm a 2nd year university student looking for a loan without a garenteur. I know Ulster bank offer a loan of 1,300e and overdraft of 650e without garenteur. Was wondering if anyone can help as to what other banks are offering. Can you get two loans from 2 different banks? Thanks in advance for any help
