    Just wonder what prices people are paying for their GP in County kildare.

    My wife was charged €70 by same doctor last week. She went in for herself and had our baby with her. While she was there she asked a question about the baby as well. She was literally in with her for 5 mins in total.

    Thats odd. Ive been going to him for most of my life, and it only ever costs the same per visit.

    Do people really pay €60 to visit the doctor? Do they give you a gold plated lollipop afterwards? Theyd want to for that price...

    50 for mine, was 55 till a while ago but he's realised that people are feeling the pinch.

    60 is a fantasy amount, if a GP is looking for that - look elsewhere. Maynooth has two cheap private-only surgeries, Corish/Bolger on the main street and Primacare above Dunnes.

    Only in the mornings. Walk-in clinic in the evenings is €50.
