    Where were you thinking? (Ireland, abroad?)
    Where (placement) of tattoo?
    What were you thinking of getting? (colour, grey, fineline, large, small, script, cartoon, portrait, tribal, etc.)

    Until you give us that, we can't really do much for you.

    I see you've edited your original post to include Belfast. So that's the area out of the way.

    See thing is different tattoo artists will excel in different areas. Like portraits, fine linework, celtic-type. You can't just show up to a studio and demand a tattoo that they wouldn't be comfortable putting on you.

    As I couldn't really recommend an artist for Belfast, I'd go in to a few studios and take a look at their portfolios and see if you like the stuff yourself.
