    Hi,

Looking to get into cycling ASAP. Just need some help on getting started.

    I'm 6'1" and in my early 20's.

Looking to get my fitness up and eventually join a club.

Was wondering what size frame I should be looking for. How much should I be looking to spend. What sort of quality should I be after. Should I be looking for new/ second hand.

    Thanks

depends on your budget, how serious you intend on getting as you progress. I reckon a 58cm frame would be best for your size but I cuold be wrong, I use a 56cm and I am 6ft...

You'll get a fairly decent second hand bike for that money, but a bog standard new one. Unless you can get a few quid off with the cycle to work scheme on top of that you could get a nice new road bike with good components. Adverts.ie I find has the best selection of second hand bicycles, check them out.
