Broken Pioneer System

Hi guys, Hope it's ok to post this here.

I purchased the pioneer BCS-FS500 system from this thread around the end of March \ start of April and have been enjoying it since.

Unfortunatly i just noticed that the blu-ray drive is no longer working. Everything else works perfectly but when i put a blu ray \ dvd \ cd into the drive i just get a no disc message. I have tried multiple disc's but nothing happens.

The drive doesn't seem to be spinning at all.

How do I go about getting this repaired? I presume it will all be covered under the warrenty?

    Thanks

    Hi Unground.

Sorry to hear you are having problems with the Pioneer system.

These have been bullet-proof for us.

We need to get the unit off to the repair guys to get a look at it and see what's what.

Could you return the unit to us here in Belfast or would it be convenient to drop it into the Philips Shop in Dublin ?

I would suggest that you only return the head unit. Keep all the speakers, remote, manual, accessories etc.

Let me know and we'll get it sorted ASAP.

    Regards

    Dave

Thanks for getting back to me.

The philips shop in dublin would be the easiest for me.
