plenty of busses with bus eireann with the half hourly 109 service from busáras to dunshaughlin navan kells virginia and cavan and the hourly(twenty past the hour) 109a service from DCU via the airport to navan

both busses take approximately 65-70 minutes

Thanks foggy lad If I left Navan say 7.30 would I get caught in Traffic which would mean it would take longer than 65/70 mins

probably would get caught in some traffic? best thing is to ring bus eireann and ask them, they should let you know times to expect at peak hours. i would think they would be accurate enough though or they would add the time to the timetables. the 7.35 109 goes to st.stephens green and the 109 busses leave for dublin from the square but stop at the convent coming out from dublin. there are a few stops in navan and the 109 and 109a stop at different ones on the outward and inward journeys, a bit confusing but once you know which bus you want you will find the best stop.
