Username and Password

    Hey all,

    I was trying to print out lecture notes for tomorrow and my username and password just randomly stopped working, I haven't entered them wrong or anything, it's a bit strange. What should I do?

    Sounds like your password might have expired. You need to change it every 180 days to keep it valid. Try using the Password Manager

    I tried it won't let me log in, I only got it when I registered on the 20th of September

    If your talking about webCT then the the same thing is happening to me. It says I have pop up blocker on but I don't, I think the site must be having some trouble. :(

    I went in to IS services today and the guy just reset the password, it's working fine now :)

    Just about WebCT. Anyone having problems with it in Firefox?

    I can log in no problem but after 10 mins of having it open as a tab the whole of Firefox will just shut down. WebCT said something about pop up blockers but I tried going into the settings on it and didn't see anything about that.
    Or if it's something I need to adjust in Firefox can someone provide inspiration?

    Same happened to me! Seemingly we were meant to change our passwords as soon as we got them. So yeah, just go into the ISS & they'll change it for you :)
