Buying used Ipod off Amazon

Hi, I'm planning on buying a new Ipod Touch, either 32 or 64Gb but since they are so expensive I had a look on Amazon. Used ones are being sold on there for nearly £100 less that the set Amazon price. I've never bought anything used online before so is it too good to be true?
Take this for example. The first one is for £180 and apparently only has a dent on the back which I wouldn't mind. I'm just worried that something alot worse could be wrong with it that he's not mentioning.

I also saw a 32Gb one which is 156.99 ( the second one down). This is being sold by a store and they seem to having better feedback. Would I be better off buying this?

One more thing, If I did buy one of them and it didn't work, would I be entitled to a refund?

If you buy from a private seller you have no rights. If you buy pre-owned from a business, you have reduced rights, and a lot will depend on the description in the sale. Buying online, through Amazon, makes it more difficult to enforce any rights you do have.

So would I be better off buying this one since littlewoods are selling it and it has a guarantee?

Most sellers on Amazon don't deliver to Ireland - and Littlewoods is one of them.
