Self Build Insurance / Subbie with no Insurance.

    If you have someone working on a self build who is not a registered contractor and is doing a nixer will seld build insurance cover him

    Simple Rule:
    All contractors or sub-contractors must have their own insurance cover.

    Cutting corners at this level is just a sign of it happening at every level, imo.

    i have self build insurance, it does exactly what it says on the tin. it pays out on robberies, defective work and accidents. Was part of the mortgage deal
