Hi

Can anyone offer some insight into the differences in culture in the Big 4?

I'm applying in the milk rounds and have applied for the Big 4 along with the medium sized firms too.

When I say culture I mean the atmosphere, attitude towards study leave, friendliness etc etc. Also which one would be the best to work for in your opinion?

Those happy in their jobs will tell you their firm is the best, those unhappy will say their firm is the worst.

I've friends in 3 of the big 4; I see no difference between them.
They all convince their staff that they are no. 1 for x, y and z. They all take complete advantage of their trainees.
